Victory Point Rosé

Vinification:

The finished blend is 50% Pinot Noir, 26% Malbec and 24% Cabernet Franc.
Pinot Noir was pressed, settled and fermented in neutral oak barrels and matured on yeast lees with some stirring for 4 months. Cabernet Franc and Malbec were pressed, settled and co-fermented in tank.
The completed wine is 13.5% alc/vol and was bottled with screw cap closures in June 2022.

Tasting Notes

• Salmon colour
• Blend of Pinot Noir, Malbec & Cabernet Franc
• Aromas including strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, white mulberry, cranberry, watermelon, red cherry, fresh spearmint and orange blossom
• Palate is minerally, with crunchy red fruit and a cranberry acidity
• A savoury, creamy and long finish
