Tasting Notes
This wine, from the beautiful 2023 Margaret River vintage, has a vibrant green/yellow colour. Aromas of cashew, pine nut, creamy lemon curd with lightly smoky oak in the background.
A powerful and assertive wine, yellow fruited and rich. Lemon squash and grapefruit on the palate, a pear skin snap and hint of gold kiwi fruit. Flinty oak frames the palate, a beautifully balanced wine. The grape phenolic, oak tannin and acid interplay brings the palate to a close.
